Corrections policy

When we get something wrong, we fix it and say so.

• Errors of fact are corrected in the article, with a dated note in its Corrections and updates section that says what changed.
• Published picks are never edited or removed. A changed recommendation is shown as a withdrawn pick with the reason, plus the new pick if there is one.
• Typos and formatting fixes that don't change meaning may be fixed without a note.
• If an article has to be removed, its address says so rather than silently disappearing.
